Qasr due to Travelling Amidst Lockdown
As the whole world went on lockdown quite rapidly & with many still stuck on their travels, a specific question arises regarding Salah: If one is travelling and becomes a musafir, then they intend to travel further but due to a lockdown of 21 days, they are unable to do so. If they had the intention of travelling with whatever chance/flight they would have got, will they read Qasr or full Salah?
