Question(s):
Are women allowed rings other than gold/silver and is a woman’s Salah accepted in that?
Answer(s):
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
In principle, women are only permitted to wear rings made of silver or gold. [1]
Thus, it is impermissible to wear rings made from other metals (especially steel and copper), unless it is silver-plated, etc. [2][3]
Nonetheless, if a woman performs Salāh with an imitation ring (made from other than gold or silver), this will not affect the validity of the Salāh.
And Allah Ta’āla Knows Best.
