Is working for a brokerage which deals with international exchange rates is permissible?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

In principle, working as a broker for a firm who deals with currency exchange is permissible, [1] with the following conditions:
1) One does not deal directly with interest or any other unlawful transactions. [2]
2) The exchange of money must be ‘hand-to-hand’ – immediately without delay. [3]
3) There is no cheating/lying. [4]
