Can a woman deliver the Adhan and Iqamah in the ears of a newborn baby?

Answer(s):
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

It is permissible for a woman (in the absence of men) to deliver the Adhan and the Iqamah in the ears of a newborn baby. [1]
