I have heard that in the Hanafi Fiqh that any ambiguous words can be considered a Kinaya in relation to marriage. When I heard this, I started getting a lot of Wasawis. I keep getting thoughts interpreting everything I say as Kinayah. I wanted to know what are the conditions where a word will actually be considered Kinayah?
