Yes, it is permissible to do so.

أخرج البيهقي في سنن الكبرى (٩٠٧٨): عن صفية بنت شيبة، أنها قالت: كنت عند عائشة إذ جاءتها امرأة من نساء بني عبد الدار يقال لها تملك، فقالت لها يا أم المؤمنين إن ابنتي فلانة حلفت أن لا تلبس حليها في الموسم فقالت عائشة: قولي لها إن أم المؤمنين تقسم عليك إلا لبست حليك كله انتهى
وفي المصنف ابن ابي شيبة (١٤٤١٤): عن عبيد الله بن عمر، عن نافع، «أن نساء عبد الله بن عمر وبناته كن يلبسن الحلي وهن محرمات. انتهى
وقال الكاساني في بدائع الصنائع (٢/١٨٦): ولا بأس لها أن تلبس الحرير والذهب، وتتحلى بأي حلية شاءت عند عامة العلماء، وعن عطاء أنه كره ذلك، والصحيح قول العامة لما روي أن ابن عمر كان يلبس نساءه الذهب والحرير في الإحرام؛ ولأن لبس هذه الأشياء من باب التزين والمحرم غير ممنوع من الزينة. انتهى
وقال ابن الهمام في فتح القدير (٢/٤٤٢): قالوا: يجوز للمحرمة أن تتحلى بأنواع الحلي وتلبس الحرير. انتهى
وفي غنية الناسك (٩٤): وتلبس الحرير والذهب وتتحلى بالحلي ما شاءت. انتهى
